Your customer has on-line access to a monthly calling history
Additionally, your customer can recharge their DCall     account by choosing any of four flexible options… credit card, cheque, cash or automated recharge. With the automated recharge option, the agent is pre-authorized to recharge the customer’s account once the account reaches a minimum balance. The agent can set each individual account with the minimum balance and recharge value requested.
Your customer can use the DCall    account from any other phone in Canada, US and from 65 additional countries worldwide

 Family and friends phones          Branch office phones
 Client or customer phones
To place calls from the above phones, and from other phones not activated to the DCall     account, the customer is required to use the PIN provided at time of their account registration.
